Bella Express

This was definitely one of the best vacations we’ve ever had, and much of the credit goes to the dedicated hotel staff, especially the hotel manager, Ms. Bua. When we arrived, we had a small issue with the air conditioner, which we felt was not cooling properly. We contacted the staff and they responded immediately and professionally. Not only was the issue handled quickly, but we were also offered a different room that exceeded all our expectations. Throughout our stay, the entire staff was attentive, kind and helpful with anything we needed. We also noticed that this level of care was given to all guests. The service was truly high-level. Breakfast was also very good – fresh, tasty and with a nice variety. Highly recommended, and we would be happy to return

The breakfast is really good and the cleaner (young girl and old lady for 2nd floor) is really very kind and their cleaning is also very good

cleaning/roof staff brilliant, good size pool, location spot on 😎

Actually I quiet surprised because has it all breakfast , pool, massage, gym, kids area etc
